The Role: Senior Producer / Campaigns Manager

Salary: £35,000 – £37,000K per annum

We’re looking for a Senior Producer / Campaigns Manager to take ownership of developing and delivering campaigns from concept through to execution.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a creative, highly collaborative environment and is confident in managing multiple moving parts – from timelines and stakeholders to content delivery and partnerships.

The role will involve a lot of proactive and reactive work on our campaigns. This will include, but not be limited to, partner outreach, idea generation, research, working directly with content producers and strategists, liaising with charity partners, and really being a central part of developing and delivering all the projects we’re working on.   

You’ll play a vital part in keeping the organisation running smoothly and bringing campaigns to life, working closely with creatives and external partners, while helping build more structure and consistency into how we deliver our work.

 

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Production

  • Develop and deliver campaigns from planning to execution
  • Manage timelines, budgets (where applicable), and deliverables
  • Ensure campaigns stay on track and meet key milestones

 

Stakeholder & Partner Management

  • Liaise with funders, partners, creators, and collaborators
  • Manage communications and expectations across projects with key stakeholders including funders/clients

 

Content & Production Support

  • Work with our in-house content creator to bring ideas to life

 

Project & Process Management

  • Introduce and maintain clear workflows and ways of working in line with agile methodology
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks or inefficiencies

 

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with a small, collaborative team
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive working environment

 

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Organised, proactive, confident and able to initiate and manage multiple projects with the help of a highly collaborative team
  • Comfortable taking ownership and making decisions

Skills & Experience

  • Experience managing projects or campaigns (or willingness to step up from a supporting role)
  • Experience in creative, media or agency environments
  • Understanding of content production or digital campaigns
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively
  • Use tools like Dropbox, Google Workspace, Google/Microsoft Office, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite to support projects.

The role: Team Assistant

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Working hours: 40 hrs a week, flexible & fully remote (UK only)

The Role

This is a highly varied, hands-on support role working across the team.

You’ll help with the day-to-day coordination of campaigns and internal operations – from organising meetings and updating the website to supporting logistics and keeping things running behind the scenes.

You’ll work closely with multiple team members, gaining exposure to how campaigns are delivered and how a small organisation operates.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is:

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Project Support

  • Assist with managing campaign logistics (e.g. booking venues, coordinating schedules)
  • Support preparation of documents, decks and trackers with the support of senior team members
  • Suggest ways to improve project delivery
  • Help keep projects organised and moving forward

 

Website & Content Updates

  • Upload and update content on the website
  • Ensure information is accurate and up to date
  • Support basic content organisation and creation with the support of our internal content creator 

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work across different areas of the organisation (campaigns, partnerships, content)
  • Support team members where needed in a structured way
  • Help connect information between teams

General Support & Admin

  • Assist with ad hoc tasks that support the smooth running of the organisation
  • Help identify small ways to improve organisation and efficiency
  • Schedule meetings 
  • Take notes during meetings and share clear summaries
  • Support general organisation and coordination across the team

 

Development Opportunity

This role offers broad exposure to:

There is potential to grow into more specialised roles over time (e.g. production, partnerships, operations), depending on interests and performance.

  • Confident using digital tools (e.g. Google Workspace / Microsoft Office) or ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Good judgement and ability to handle information responsibly
  • Comfortable working across different teams and supporting a range of activities

 

Desirable

  • Experience supporting projects, campaigns or events (including academic or voluntary work)
  • Experience using content management systems (e.g. WordPress)
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva or basic content creation
  • Interest in digital content, social media or online storytelling
  • Experience working in a small team, startup or charity environment
